When opening All Orders a Windows installation repair window runs every time which says "Please wait while Windows configures...". This is generally an indication that of a file from the installation is missing. For more details go to:
-Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer
-Look for a warning message from the MSIInstaller. Double click the messages for more details on the problem.
If you receive a message about a missing msxml4.dll file such as the following:
Detection of product '{11B55FE2-B8AF-4AE9-9E74-A6BD47F396AF}', feature 'All_Orders_3', component '{303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEBDB}' failed. The resource 'C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.MSXML2_6bd6b9abf345378f_4.1.0.0_x-ww_b319d8da\msxml4.dll' does not exist.
Download the zip file attached to this article, extract the .dll file and place it in the C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.MSXML2_6bd6b9abf345378f_4.1.0.0_x-ww_b319d8da\ folder to resolve the issue.
