If you are receiving this error it is possible that your Database has gone offline. Please follow the below steps:
*** Perform the following steps on the SERVER
1. go to the start menu and open CONTROL PANEL
2. go to ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS
3. go to SERVICES
4. Scroll down the list until you see SQLSERVER/ALLORDERS
5. right click and RESTART
Once the restart is complete try to log into AllOrders again.
If you still receive an error, please contact support as it is possible that the sa (system administrator password) has been changed in Sql Server.
