You may receive this message when attempting to log on to All Orders. This means either the user is logged in on another machine or the user was not able to log out of the system properly.
The Admin can log users out as needed by clicking on the File menu, Maintain, Clear Users. If the admin is not available simply open All Orders and click Cancel on the log in screen and then proceed to the File menu, Maintain, Clear Users.
Check the boxes next to the users that you want to log out and click OK. Close and open All Orders and sign in as normal.
