If you are having trouble installing Windows Mobile device center on a Windows 10 PC: --------------------------------------
1. Make sure that Windows mobile device center is installed on the PC.( even if it is the old version that is installed.
2. drop the attached .bat file onto the desktop.
3. right click and run as administrator.
4. reboot the PC and Windows mobile device center will start when you reboot and work.
