To find your company files (config files) and error logs:
On your Windows toolbar, go to Start and Computer. In the pop-up box, make sure that you are using the Small Icons view. Select:
C:\Users\Your Computer’s folder\AppData
If your AppData file is not visible, then press your Alt key and a toolbar will pop up listing File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help. Select Tools and Folder Options. Click the View tab and select “Show hidden files, folders, or drives.” Click Apply and Ok. The AppData folder will appear.
C:\Users\Your Computer’s folder\AppData\Roaming\NumberCruncher\AllOrders
You will see all error Logs. The All Orders (NCD) and QuickBooks (QBW) company files are located in the Config.xml.
