When you are in a Ship Doc and click on ShipRush -> View/Delete, then receive an error in regards to MSFLXGRD.OCX not found (line XXX)
1. Windows 7 does NOT include this OCX file, but previous versions of Windows do.
2. The OCX files needs to be downloaded and registered manually.

3. Register OCX file.
