If you are receiving this error message Please run the following script:
1. Log into AO as admin
2. go to FILE--> MAINTAIN--> ADVANCED tab--> RUN DB COMMAND
3. Copy/Past the following script into the box

insert into CompanyPreference (PreferenceName,PreferenceValue) values ('AlwaysGetLatestQBEditSeq','1');

4. click Ok.
